Ouch!!!!

Ow!!! Ouch!!!! OWWWWWWWWWWWW!!!!! Sorry bout my yells,but it really really hurts. My arm. reallly really hurts. This is all thanks to the afternoon spent at the badminton court. Now my arm hurts like hell. Seriously. I cant even hold my bottle. All i can do is type cuz it only involves my fingers. here it goes again : OWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! OUCH!!!!!!!!!!!
